Try requesting a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the trams and enjoy a quieter experience.

fantastic views and easy access to top attractions
I really enjoyed the stunning views of the Erasmus Bridge from my room and appreciated the short walk to the Kunsthal, making my city explorations super convenient and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I found the ambiance and design of the hotel absolutely trendy and perfect for unwinding after a day of urban strolling, but the dining options were a bit limited for my taste.

great location but room lacked some amenities
The location offered easy access to the metro and tram lines, which made exploring the area a breeze. The breakfast served each morning was delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
However, the room lacked some basic amenities that would have enhanced the overall experience.

Family friendly for nice getaway
The rooms are beautiful and we love the location maybe even for a family vacation. The private pool situation was a real peace of paradise for us, kids enjoyed it way too much.
It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

The stunning view from the Sunrise room provided an unforgettable backdrop during my stay. Room service was an impressive addition, exceeding expectations for a relaxing evening. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, yet the initial chaos in the breakfast room caused some inconvenience. Additionally, the air conditioning was non-functional, and the aroma in the bathroom was unpleasant, detracting from the otherwise enjoyable experience.

Plenty to enjoy!
Had a good time! The location was super convenient with lots of options nearby. The room was nice and spacious, but the TV setup was a bit of a bummer – huge glare made it hard to see. Breakfast was tasty, though! Also, the check-in went smoothly, so that was a plus!

The parking situation could be improved due to security issues!!! Long waits for room cleaning diminished the overall experience, while the inconsistent temperature control in the room made rest less comfortable!!!
